Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Blue Ash OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries processing orders resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. This is a fulltime onsite position with opportunities to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson
Process customer orders returns and exchanges accurately
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and finding effective solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Assist in improving customer service procedures and standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
Positive attitude with a customerfirst approach
