This is a remote position.

Job Description

As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our business strategies. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze data trends develop reports and support decisionmaking processes. This position offers the flexibility to work from various locations across Canada and the United States allowing you to contribute to our mission of excellence from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

Collect analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations.

Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.

Support the development of datadriven strategies to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Python).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a typist or clerk Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
