Summary
This individual provides leadership in operational system and process improvement. Is responsible for utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to support informed decision making for operational efficiencies and effectiveness that align with system strategies.Job Description
The individual will work collaboratively with team members to design or redesign systems and processes to increase efficiency reduce errors and improve access and overall quality of care. Possesses knowledge and demonstrated use of process engineering implementation and execution methodologies and tools. Understands business strategy and business planning principles and applies with minimal guidance in project work. Applies systems engineering methods to manage projects. Identifies and recommends transformation which may include new staffing models throughput workflow space utilization skill/task alignment etc. Responsible for data analysis development of findings and recommendations and presentations.Qualifications
