Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Oversees daily Whey operations from raw whey intake through dried powder packaging.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all whey operations and control systems.
Selfmotivated and self starter.
Ability to effectively work and communicate with regulatory agents and outside vendors.
Ability to work any / all shifts holidays OT weekends.
Working knowledge of Excel and SAP is a plus
Mental Demands:
This position frequently requires mental/analytical demands; the ability to read analyze and interpret operating manuals and the ability to work effectively under pressure is critical to this position.
Environmental Demands:
While performing job duties of this job the employee will be subject to temperature extremes in various parts of the facility. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however the employee will occasionally be exposed to noise in various locations inside the plant.
Specific job selection criteria:
- Whey operations experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability preferred
Pay Range: $31.55 $36.98
