Job Description
Job Site: Lafayette Park International Elementary School
Hours/Days: 37.5 hours per week195 days (10 months)
Hourly Rate: $14.25 per hour
Benefits: Group insurance programs PERF paid leave days
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors students and staff in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Answer screen and route phone calls and emails.
- Manage student attendance records late arrivals and early dismissals.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area.
- Handle student and parent inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support the administrative team with data entry filing copying and scheduling.
- Distribute mail announcements and internal communications.
- Monitor school access and ensure visitor signin procedures are followed.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Secretarial and computer experience required.
