Job Description

POSITION: RBT BEHAVIORISTEXTENDED YEAR SUMMER PROGRAMGRADES PRE K5 QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Behavioral Education Psychology (preferred) or Associates Degree with equivalent work experience. Advanced educational preparation in Special Education desired. Minimum two years of successful work in the field of ABA RBT (registered behavior technician) certified or equivalent experience Knowledge of Special Education programs; a willingness to familiarize oneself with PreK5 general education runs July 1 2025July 31 2025MondayThursday: 8:45a.m.12:15 p.m.**Candidates who are enrolled in a program to become a BCBA will be considered without an RBT :Provide direct teaching to students based on principles of applied behavior analysisImplement behavior plans prepared and maintained by the supervising behavioral professional (e.g. BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst)Model implementation of behavior strategiesProvide daily documentation of interactions with the identified service participant specific to the goal area for which ABA is authorized and all contacts with other providers and teachers. Conduct interviews and direct observations with studentsConduct and implement skills assessments on individuals to develop person centered goals to increase skill competence and behaviorsREPORTS TO:Director of Special EducationSALARY:$36.00/HOURPAPER APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
