Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building longterm relationships Viking Pest Control is seeking a Customer Loyalty Advocate who embodies our core values through professional courteous communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Loyalty Advocate youll be the voice of Vikingsupporting our clients resolving issues and ensuring every customer interaction reinforces our reputation as the industry leader in pest control.
Who Were Looking For:
Were searching for a peopleoriented problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced environment. If youre a strong communicator with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others you could be a great fit. Previous customer service experienceespecially in pest control or highvolume call settings is a plus.
What Youll Do:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely accurate solutions.
- Communicate with customers through email chat and text platforms.
- Deescalate concerns with professionalism empathy and patience.
- Educate customers on our services and assist with troubleshooting using our CRM (PestPac).
- Update and review customer accounts including service billing and warranty details.
- Schedule appointments clearly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Identify upsell opportunities and offer valueadded services when appropriate.
- Accurately enter data process payments and support Inside Sales as needed.
- Document customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support special projects and participate in ongoing customer service initiatives.
What We Need from You:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A calm empathetic and patient demeanor
- Excellent multitasking time management and organizational abilities
- Comfort working in a highvolume fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; PestPac experience preferred
- Previous experience handling multiline phone systems is a plus
- Ability to sit stand walk and use a computer/phone for extended periods
- Willingness to work two Saturdays per month
