12 hr shift/nightsEnvironmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards Cleanroom: no hair products jewelry makeup nail polish perfume exposed piercings facial hair etc... allowed Cold Room/Freezers 22degreesF/6degrees C Fluctuating Temps hot/cold Laboratory Setting Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery) Office Rapid flashing lights Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses gowning gloves lab coat ear plugs etc.) Standing for full shift Strong Odors (chemical lubricants biological products etc.) Various outside weather conditions Warehouse Will work with hazardous/toxic materials Working at heightsJob Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Lead Formulation Technician (PDS Suite 3 CShift) 12hr. Nights to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the flawless operation of our manufacturing processes emphasizing safety quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operations are performed safely targeting an injuryfree workplace.
- Coordinate and motivate personnel to meet GMP requirements.
- Develop and implement action plans based on logical assumptions and factual information.
- Plan and drive work routines to ensure quality products and schedule adherence.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely maintenance.
- Champion teamwork to promote knowledge and skill growth.
- Manage data entry into SAP system.
- Lead the On the Job Training (OJT) program and area safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 3 years of Steriles manufacturing experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven ability to excel in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- General mechanical electrical and hydraulic knowledge.
- Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand walk stoop kneel and crouch periodically for prolonged periods.
- Manipulate weights of 2550 pounds occasionally pushing or pulling more than 100 pounds.
- Visual acuity for prolonged computer and equipment use.
- Ability to sit reach talk and hear for prolonged periods.
