Were a stateoftheart reference lab handling a high volume of molecular testing for clients nationwide and were looking for sharp curious and dedicated Clinical Molecular Technologists who thrive in an overnight environment where precision and purpose meet.

What Youll Do:

• Perform highcomplexity molecular testing for infectious diseases (think realtime PCR RTPCR and other cuttingedge assays).

• Work withtoptier instrumentation

• Extract amplify and analyze nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from a variety of clinical specimens.

• Interpret troubleshoot and verify test results with speed accuracy and scientific integrity.

• Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA CAP HIPAA) and maintain high standards for quality control and biosafety.

• Own your shift: keep workflows smooth documentation complete and communication strong across the lab team.

• Be part of validating new assays improving processes and pushing innovation forward.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science Molecular Biology Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.

• ASCP (MB or MLS) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

• 1 year(s) of experience in molecular diagnostics (infectious disease testing experience is a big plus!).

• Ability to thrive on the overnight shift and work independently without sacrificing accuracy or teamwork.

• Familiarity with highthroughput environments LIS systems and tight turnaround times.

• Passion for quality problemsolving and continuous improvement.
