Responsibilities:
- Maintains repairs troubleshoots and adjusts heating ventilation cooling and refrigeration systems and equipment throughout park.
- Inspects equipment controls and devices
- Installation of new equipment and supporting work
- Connects systems to fuel and water supply lines air ducts and other components
- Installs electrical wiring and controls and test for proper operation
- Installs fuel and water supply lines air ducts and vents pumps and other components.
- Equipment cleaning care and maintenance.
- Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures within Technical Services and USH at large.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions offer information and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Advanced knowledge of diagnostics and repair of electronic mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of microelectronics.
- Knowledge of applicable code requirements; methods and practices followed in the maintenance of tools machinery and equipment
- Ability & willingness to work a variety of schedules overtime weekends and holidays with short notice
- Ability and willingness to respond to incidents in locations requiring climbing fallprotection and other nontraditional workenvironments.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written on a technical level
- Must have the ability to motivate employees and work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Characteristics
- Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school.
- 35 years technical and trade experience
- Excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management and willingness to give assistance to coworkers.
Pay:
- The pay rate for this role is $43.95 per hour
