Clinical Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to a team of clinicians ensuring the delivery of highquality mental health services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of clinicians including conducting regular individual and group supervision sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided to clients
- Develop and implement training programs for clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure the overall success of the organization
- Stay current on best practices in the field of mental health and incorporate them into clinical supervision
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision in a mental health setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
