We are seeking a creative motivated Content Marketing Intern to join the UHaul Retail Sales team here in Phoenix AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital content creation to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment alongside seasoned marketers. The person in this role will work closely with our digital marketing strategists and program managers.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns involving social media email search engine marketing and inapp messaging.
Create engaging media (video photo etc.) to grow the brands social media pages.
Find influencer partnership opportunities to generate buzz around UHauls products and services then assist with negotiations and creative direction.
Write SEOoptimized content to improve the brands visibility on SERPs.
Conduct market research to identify industry/consumer trends and new opportunities.
Identify pain points in customer journeys then develop content that provides solutions to these pain points.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program for Marketing Communications Social Media or another related field.
Proficiency in video editing (Premiere CapCut etc.) and graphic design tools (Canva Photoshop etc.).
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with social media marketing on Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube LinkedIn and X.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively as well as multitask when necessary.
Positive attitude willingness to learn and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
