X is creating a worldclass team of media professionals and seeking an experienced Client Partner to develop our gaming business with some of the largest game publishers in the world.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Lead Client Partner to join our US Gaming Vertical Team at X. This dynamic role is perfect for a topperforming sales professional who excels at exceeding targets proactively pursuing leads and driving significant revenue growth. If youre eager to achieve outstanding results and make a substantial impact in the gaming industry this is your opportunity to shine.

In this position youll take ownership of building and scaling relationships with some of the largest gaming publishers in the world. Leveraging your expertise youll help these clients achieve their advertising objectives using Xs cuttingedge platform. This role requires an expert in fullfunnel marketing who is committed to delivering exceptional results and thrives in the fastpaced gaming sector.

What Youll Do:

As a Client Partner in our US Gaming Vertical Team you will take the helm of Xs advertising strategy for the gaming industry with a particular focus on top gaming clients. This role is perfect for a team leader and strong track record of driving transformational growth.

Based in our Los Angeles office you will report to the US Head of Gaming and engage in regional travel to connect with clients and agencies. If youre a strategic thinker with a salesdriven mindset and a knack for building longterm partnerships this is your chance to shape the future of gaming advertising at X.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Xs gaming client strategy and roadmap to develop and strengthen business partnerships with top gaming clients.
Relationship Building: Forge and maintain longterm collaborative relationships with seniorlevel executives and their agencies acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Revenue Growth: Formulate and implement an industryspecific strategy to drive client growth achieve revenue objectives and identify incremental business opportunities for Xs advertising solutions.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with gaming clients to understand their business and marketing goals designing tailored advertising campaigns that leverage Xs platform for both performance marketing and brandbuilding.
CrossFunctional Coordination: Partner with internal teams including Client Account Managers to ensure seamless execution and optimization of client campaigns while uncovering new revenue opportunities. Mentoring new team members as our organization grows.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in the gaming and social media advertising landscapes adapting to Xs evolving product offerings and providing thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the Gaming Vertical Team.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales or business development with a strong focus on the gaming industry and/or digital advertising.
Ad Sales Expertise: Proven track record in ad sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute longterm client strategies that align with both client goals and Xs business objectives.
Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with Clevel executives and senior stakeholders at gaming clients and agencies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead influence and drive decisions across diverse stakeholder groups internally and externally.

A passion for X and our mission.
Travel: Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
Education: Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or higher.
