Were looking for a proven collaborator a passionate developer of talent and a servant leader. With multiple new product categories on the horizon over the next five years this role will play a key part in shaping the future of our teams and expanding our organizational capabilities. Youll lead a team responsible for new product development driving innovation in future technologiesoverseeing product engineering setting strategic direction and ensuring projects are executed on time and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hybrid role based in Portage Michigan. You must live within commuting distance and be onsite a minimum of three days per week with flexibility to work from home on other days.
Lead and develop a highperforming R&D team by attracting engaging and retaining top talent while fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.
Drive complex crossfunctional projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and resource requirements.
Provide strategic direction and make independent decisions across programs portfolios and technical challenges.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers and key opinion leaders to guide technical strategy and innovation.
Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements through oversight of design controls and technical documentation.
Guide financial planning for R&D activities including project budgeting forecasting and cost center management.
Champion customercentric design and mentor teams on Voice of Customer practices to deliver impactful marketrelevant solutions.
Translate business objectives into actionable performance goals for your team aligning efforts with organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Software Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant New Product Development experience
Minimum of 4 years of people management experience with a strong track record in talent development and performance coaching
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects document technical requirements and communicate technical concepts to crossfunctional and nontechnical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Electrical Engineering and foundational knowledge of software development
Expertise in one or more technical or functional disciplines with ability to mentor others
Proven success leading projects or programs to completionon time within scope and on budget
Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices healthcare automotive or aerospace with a strong understanding of the clinical landscape.
