Job Description
Augustana University invites applications for the position of Campus Visit Coordinator. This persons primary responsibility involves creating exceptional campus visit experiences for future Vikings.
The duties competencies and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Organizing coordinating implementing and tracking individual campus visit experiences for prospective students parents high school counselors and special guests
- Organizing and implementing campus visit experiences with community partners
- Assisting in the coordination and implementation of additional enrollment events as needed
- Maintaining web and CRM visit experience communication and registration processes
- Communication (direct mail phone email text social media platforms and facetoface) with admission staff faculty coaches directors student hosts ambassadors prospective students parents and other key constituents
- Manage hospitality and aesthetic needs of enrollment reception spaces
- Will assist with the management tracking and ordering of inventory to support enrollment operations.
- Training and leading a team of student ambassadors/tour guides.
We seek an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who is also highly organized and attentive to details. Proficiency in Word Excel Google Suite ecommunication webbased platforms and data entry is necessary. The position requires multitasking selfmotivation high energy resourcefulness creativity and a teamoriented disposition. Two years of postsecondary education is preferred. Experience in guest relations is a plus.
Augustana offers an excellent benefit package including tuition assistance for dependents health insurance life insurance and a retirement plan. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
