Position Information:
The Enrollment & Analytics Coordinator will be part of a team dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that foster professional development at NWHSU. This role supports the full lifecycle of continuing education (CE) programs with a focus on delivering highquality virtual and inperson learning experiences. Responsibilities include managing registration customer service technical platform setup communications and postevent followup such as certificates and transcripts. The position requires strong coordination technical proficiency and customerfocused problemsolving across multiple programs and stakeholders.
Work Location: Bloomington MN with flexibility to work 12 days per week remotely; must live local and be able to come to campus as needed.
Duties:
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries providing support with registration payments technical issues CE credits certificates transcripts and general program information.
- Process attendance records and grade seminar exams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of transcripts to attendees and appropriate state/national boards.
- Maintain and update automated communications (emails reminders followups) for each seminar or program.
- Lead and collaborate crossfunctionally the endtoend planning coordination and execution of virtual course offerings to ensure a high quality learner experience.
- Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement for online programs by analyzing participant feedback performance metrics and support ROI analysis to enhance course content and delivery.
- Use datadriven insights and stakeholder input to iterate and refine programs.
- Maintain proactive communication with instructors attendees partners and internal departments.
- Support onsite registration attendance monitoring and troubleshooting during events.
What you need to have
- A bachelors degree in business educational technology marketing or a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
- 13 years experience coordinating virtual and inperson programs and events.
- Experience with learning platforms or event tools.
- Customer service or educational support is preferred.

Compensation:
Nonexempt $21.63 $26.44 per hour.
The hiring rate is determined by a combination of education related professional experience and internal equity considerations and may exceed the posted range. NWHSU is committed to fair and equitable pay practices and does not base compensation decisions on gender or any other protected status.
