Salary: Level A.8 $113262 p.a. plus 17% super (pro rata to part time)

Your next career opportunity
As a Subject Coordinator for Arts Operations in the Arts and Cultural Management program youll have the opportunity to lead and inspire diverse student cohorts. Youll develop and deliver engaging content manage assessments and provide crucial support to students. This role offers you the chance to shape future arts managers while honing your teaching and leadership skills in a prestigious academic setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and Deliver Engaging Teaching: Prepare and conduct highquality lectures seminars and tutorials in various modes (online oncampus blended).
  • Manage Subject Administration: Maintain LMS sites prepare assessments and coordinate marking processes while ensuring academic integrity.
  • Support Student Success: Provide consultation resolve issues and create inclusive learning environments for a diverse student cohort.
  • Contribute to Program Excellence: Participate in meetings collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.

You may be a great fit if:

You are an experienced educator with a doctoral or masters qualification in a relevant discipline possessing excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing diverse student talent in arts and cultural management.

You may also:

  • Have completed a doctoral or masters qualification in a relevant discipline or have equivalent professional experience.
  • Possess demonstrated experience in teaching delivery and creating inclusive learning environments.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Show a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement as an educator.
