ABOUT THE ROLE

As Associate Manager Sales Account Management Walmart eCommerce you will join a growing team helping proliferate subject matter expertise on all things Walmart/Sams Club eCommerce. To support our customers growing digital focus you will be expected to consistently deliver thoughtleadership and strategy consultation while project managing the implementation of your solutions for internal and external stakeholders. The Associate Manager will work closely with internal (Sales Shopper Marketing Customer Marketing Supply Chain Brand COEs C&SL) and external partners (Customer Agencies) and will serve as consultant on content strategy search strategy and retail media strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Influence by identifying specific opportunities in the digital landscape; build compelling best in class insightsbased selling stories to drive SCJs digital business at Walmart and Sams Club

  • Effectively present and communicate actionable digital strategies and solutions that support growth objectives for company customer and category

  • Oversee Walmart and Sams Club digital project timelines deliverables and resource allocation ensuring all milestones are met efficiently and effectively

  • Create maintain and continually monitor eCommerce processes & metrics internally and externally including content ratings and reviews inventory and transactability

  • Support the development of longterm strategic planning annual operating plans and major product launches

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to lend digital expertise to monthly meetings and product pitches

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree with 3 years relevant business experience

  • Experience with CPG industry and/or eCommerce

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Growth mindset; bias for action; thrive on high performing teams

  • Thorough understanding of retail eCommerce and its major arteries (assortment pricing placement promotion merchandising retail media content search and digital penetration)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong issue resolution skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadlinedriven work environment where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience working with Luminate Retail Link and Item360

  • Strong presentation analytical and quantitative skills

  • Flexible and collaborative but with complete ownership of responsibilities

  • Ability to leverage informal influence to navigate and build partnerships across business and technical teams

  • Proactive and committed to delivering results in a fast paced demanding work environment by fostering a sense of urgency energy ownership and a curiosity to search for opportunities

Leadership Skills

Previous experience executing strategy and direction to customers and employees

Demonstrate effective (internal and external) influence skills

Ability to motivate cross functional groups to common goals

Ability to penetrate the account at all levels adding value to the process

Ability to adapt to changing work and customer demands

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fulltime onsite role in Rogers AR

  • Required Travel (10 15%)

  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees

  • This position is eligible for relocation
