Job Description
MATERIALS

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Resume
- ATTACH Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
- Valid CA Drivers License
- ATTACH a DMV Printout (no older than 90 days) and must show *END* on the report. The online report will be accepted as long it is printed from the web browser clicking the print button displayed on the Driver History Report page (The Driver History Report page cannot be accepted you MUST click the print button and save as a PDF to attach); copy/paste versions will not be accepted. Drivers may be asked to supply a certified DMV report at any time.
- Three References listed on application (Inhouse candidates must attach 3 professional references as well and may use the professional references form which is linked on the job posting).
