FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Fourday work week (with one admin day) Anticipated call 1:5 with one weekend per month
Join an established team to address high patient demand with a comprehensive range of services including:
- In house audiometric testing with Audiologist
- EPIC EMR
- Integrated flexible laryngoscopy and rigid endoscopy with EMR
- Flexibility to create a specific niche within the department
Our four current Otolaryngologists refer to this as the Goldilocks of job opportunities.

Position Summary
The Physician provides exceptional patient care at MC Yakima Ear Nose and Throat and collaborates with other clinical and administrative leadership to achieve strategic and business objectives.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess patient health by interviewing patients performing physical examinations updating patient records and studying medical histories. Focuses on key areas of Quality Safety Patient and Provider Experience and Sustainability. Provide diagnostic preventative and therapeutic health services to patients and family members in the hospital and clinic. Evaluate and treatpatients in consultation with collaboration of the primary attending physician. Follow through on cases to ensure effectiveness and alter the course of treatment as indicated. Other duties as assigned by the ENT Lead Physician.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine (MD or DO) required. BC/BE Otolaryngology
Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
- License to practice medicine in Washington State required; current state medical license in good standing with medical board required.
- Board certified (or eligible) or equivalent experience required.
- Successful credential by the medical staff office of Yakima Valley Memorial required.
