CUSTODIAN I

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience Only:
Six months of experience* in custodial work or closelyrelated work. This experience includes but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors cleaning restrooms emptying trash general dusting and vacuuming within an office/school environment.

*This experience must be substantiated within the Work Experience section of your application. See Resume will not be accepted. In addition parttime work will be prorated.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous custodial experience as a state employee;
  • Experience withindustrial cleaning equipment and appliances;

ESSENTIAL COMPENTENCIES FOR SUCCESS AT COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES:
  • Jobknowledge: Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures

  • Communicationand interpersonal skills:Strongcommunicationskills to interact with team members students and staff
