Job Description
Abilene Middle School in Abilene KS is seeking an assistant cross country coach for the upcoming 202526 school year.
1. Teaching the fundamental physical skills of the sport.
2. Helping runners make consistent improvement throughout the season.
3. Collaboration and vertical alignment between HS and MS programs.
4. Assisting head coach in running wellorganized engaging practices focusing on improvement.
5. Communicating expectations and pertinent information with runners and parents.
6. Showing passion to assist with building a program that is aligned from youth 12th grade.
8. Living out and instilling our Athletic/Activity Core Values (Commitment Effort and Teamwork).
9. Be a team player that values and wants to help build the Abilene Cross Country program.
