Job Description
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Maintains sidewalks including sweeping and snow removal and lawn care and trimming.
Inventories all homes including PSH and Child Care for supplies needed and replenish stock per control sheet.
Provides support to the Development Department by picking up donations in a timely manner.
Safely conducts general maintenance of Fraser Ltd. property including but not limited to vehicle maintenance
cleanup projects product distribution replacing all overhead lighting and grounds keeping assistance.
Cleans properties as directed by the Maintenance Technician I which can include vacuuming sweeping mopping waxing buffing floors and steam cleaning all carpeted floors.
Maintains facilities to level of appropriate and acceptable appearance.
Assists with general care and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles which are the property of Fraser Ltd.
Record maintenance and repair work performed and costs of the work.
Assist with vehicle inspections operate and test run vehicles in order to diagnose malfunctions.
Inventories and delivers supplies at all homes PSH & Child Care.
Performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
