Job Description
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated fulltimeProgram Supervisorto join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) in New Bern NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What Youll Do
As the Program Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the outpatient clinic team in New Bern NC. You will be in charge of marketing quality improvement and compliance team training as well as monitoring administrative policies. The Program Supervisor provides area supervision as well as direct supervision of the team to ensure growth consistency and financial viability of the program; the ability to multitask and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.

What Were Looking For
To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have indepth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application possess toptier communication skills be adept at problem solving and deescalation in times of crisisand be able to provide oncall support. We also require:
- Full MH licensure:LCSW LCMHC
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in substance use preferred
- Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
