Our groundbreaking Product team is seeking a passionate Sr Product Analyst to support the definitionand delivery of digital solutions. As such we are looking for highly motivated individuals whoare seeking to meaningfully empower our business partners with core data management technologysolutions. In this role you will serve as a Sr Product Analyst building business relationships and translatingcustomer needs into deliverable outcomes. You will serve as a change advocate driving a usercentric viewwith powerful experiences that delight our customers. You will also strengthen our channels ofcommunication and uphold our principles of transparency and partnership while engaging with productpeers design experts program leaders and engineering partners to drive successful product execution.

Qualifications

  • A technical acumen will be needed for this role to better understand and qualify data centric requirements and to collaborate with the technology teams.
  • Having a background in a data related discipline such as data governance single sources of truth data quality data mastering will be very helpful in understanding the impact of data changes and to qualify data centric requirements.
  • Understanding the purpose of APIs Kafka or other communication frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work through a matrixed Org when Data changes and what the impacts are when data changes.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in data and process analysis is also valued.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
  • Ability to author thorough detailed highquality documentation including customer journey maps user stories use cases and test scripts.
  • Experience independently managing requirements and designrelated activities for complex multibusiness multisystem initiatives.
  • Experience in Agile development framework product lifecycle development and JIRA.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree required advanced degree preferred with minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Translate product vison into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and appropriately detailed user stories.
  • Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges
  • Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals
  • Liaise across business design and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
  • Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog shape and influence the direction of Sprints and Program Increments and enable timely delivery valuedriven data solutions.
  • Enable product delivery readiness and rollout by facilitating demos managing communication/collaterals overseeing user acceptance testing and coordinating relevant training efforts.

For USbased roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$103300.00$149800.00 depending on factors such as experience education level skills and location. This range is based on a fulltime position. In addition to base salary this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
