Job Description
Position: Insurity Business Analyst with P&C Insurance domain
Location: Piscataway NJ or Erie PA Onsite from Day 1.
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements related to Insuritys systems.
- Process Mapping: Map current business processes and identify opportunities for improvements through automation or system enhancements using Insurity platforms.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet the business requirements ensuring that they align with business goals and objectives.
- Insurity System Implementation: Support the implementation and customization of Insurity software to meet the specific needs of the P&C insurance domain.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business users project managers and IT teams ensuring that solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test cases perform system testing and support the validation process to ensure that implemented solutions work as expected.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear documentation including business requirements functional specifications and user manuals.
- Training and Support: Provide enduser training and support for Insuritybased systems ensuring users understand the functionality and features.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze existing processes and systems identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on P&C Insurance.
- Indepth knowledge of Insurity software and solutions (e.g. Insuritys Policy Administration Claims Management Underwriting).
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and workflows.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
