Sphirea Plus is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction through every interaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently escalating when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve customer experience
Follow company procedures and guidelines to deliver consistent service
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
