We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting senior account managers maintaining client relationships and assisting in the execution of strategic plans to meet customer needs. Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Support the preparation of client reports proposals and presentations
Monitor account performance and ensure client needs are being met
Coordinate with internal departments to meet project deadlines
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data
Help resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Attend regular client meetings and team briefings
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or related field
02 years of experience in client services account management or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
