Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Jersey City NJ. In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist in resolving customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently
Support the customer service team in daily administrative tasks
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service consistently
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
A problemsolving mindset and a customerfocused attitude
