Job Description
What you will be doing:
Handle litigation matters largely independently
Conduct legal research
Draft legal memoranda motions and pleadings
Attend court conferences
Manage discoveryrelated activities and investigations
Prepare position statements and dispositive motions
Experience you will need:
Juris Doctor
8 years of experience in employment litigation either inhouse or at a law firm
Class or collective action experience or other complex litigation experience is a plus
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in either Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate and licensed in another state
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
