Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Oversee all aspects of litigation from the initiation of a lawsuit through trial in both state and federal court.
- Collaborate with other members of the Firms practice group to offer clients the utmost responsiveness and dedication to each case.
Experience you will need:
- Licensed to practice in Texas.
- 5 to 7 years as a practicing litigation attorney.
- Strong interpersonal writing and oral communication skills.
- Experience drafting dispositive discovery and other motions and briefs.
- Experience handling hearings depositions mediations and trials.
