What you will be doing:
- Answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants.
- Provide assistance and information regarding scholarship and grant applications.
Experience you will need:
- High school diploma general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support is a plus.
