Job Description
The Red Hat IT Planning Insights & Execution organization is looking for a Change Consultant to join our team. In this role you will work closely with program and project team members as well as subjectmatter experts (SMEs) on projects and transformational initiatives. You will support change management activities based on a structured industry standard methodology including collecting data performing analysis and creating deliverables to ensure readiness and maximize adoption of changes.
What you will do:
Data collection / consolidation such as stakeholder lists engagement results survey results etc.
Interview key stakeholders
Perform change management assessments
Execute change management plans and deliverables including but not limited to developing presentation materials surveys communications and user enablement resources
Track and report issues
Establish and monitor success metrics
What you will bring:
Bachelors degree and 2 years change management or related professional experience
General understanding of change management methods concepts and approaches
Familiarity with project management approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location experience applicable skills and training external market value and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hats compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus commission and/or equity. For positions with RemoteUS locations the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
