About the Role

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A customer service and best in class workmanship.

• Work with your assigned helper in Installing home remodeling products according to Rite Windows standards.

• Setup jobsites per Rite Window guidelines.

• Ensure safety standards are met at all times.

• Ensure a clean job site after the installation is completed.

• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

• Complete all post install paperwork with the homeowner including collecting final payment.

What You ll Bring:

• 2 years of Replacement Window & Door Installation or carpentry experience

• 2 years of Remodeling carpentry or construction experience

• Must be lead safe certified

• OSHA 10 Preferred

• OSHA 30 Preferred

• DOT Health Card

• Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.

• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

• Physical strength stamina and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.

• Must provide own hand tools

• Lift up to 75LB
