This is a fulltime appointment with startdate to be determined. This is a 12month livein hourly position from 8AM to 4:30PM that requires approximately 40 hours per work week with additional evening and weekend hours possible.

Position Summary:
Midland University is seeking a passionate and dedicated Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) to join our Student Life team. As a livein professional staff member the RLC is responsible for creating a safe inclusive and supportive residential environment that enhances student development and success. This role oversees the daily operations of oncampus residential communities and plays a pivotal role in student engagement and community building.
