Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound FedEx USP DHL scan into tracking system.
- Deliver and obtain signatures.
- Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries.
- Collect outbound packages and prepare according to set guidelines releasing packages to Fed Ex and couriers.
- Provide excellent customer service accurately track packages and respond to customers via
email. - Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.
- Must be computer literate detail oriented
Qualifications:
- Mail room experience preferred.
- Ability to run mail meter machine preferred.
