What Youll Do
As a Project Executive youll spearhead highvalue industrial processing plant projects ($200M$300M) overseeing all phases from design to owner handover. Your leadership will drive project success foster client relationships and shape our companys growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead with Impact: Guide project teams including Project Managers Superintendents and Engineers to deliver projects on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Drive Financial Success: Oversee budgets profitability and financial management ensuring timely invoicing and receivables.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients designers and stakeholders to secure new opportunities and enhance business development.
- Innovate and Optimize: Integrate advanced tools lean construction methods and technologies like robotics to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Enforce safety protocols manage contracts and mitigate risks in collaboration with legal counsel.
- Mentor and Grow: Develop highperformance teams through coaching hiring and performance feedback fostering a culture of excellence.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or Construction Management from an ABETaccredited university.
- 20 years of experience in industrial processing plant construction management with a track record of leading projects valued at $200M.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build effective teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in construction cost scheduling estimating and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in tools like Vista Procore and Microsoft Office; advanced presentation skills.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to travel (approximately 50%) between New Orleans LA and Southern West Virginia with flexibility to be based in either location.
