What Youll Do:
Close the deal Work the floor desk deals and coach your team to win
Deliver a fivestar client experience with every interaction
Lead from the front inspire train and motivate your team to excellence
Collaborate with F&I service and leadership to create a seamless ownership experience
Help drive performance profit and culture every single day
