Job Summary:
The Veterinary Client Service Representative plays a key role in the hospitals success. While this position does not have any clinical duties the VCSR will work together with Veterinarians Veterinary Technicians Veterinary Assistants and the Practice Manager. The VCSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for customer service functions.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Check clients in and out
  • Answer phones professionally
  • Accurately schedule appointments
  • Maintains high standard of patient and client care

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at$20 $23/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
