Job Description
SGI Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee all aspects of DHS Export Control Compliance support activities including stakeholder engagement program administration and interagency coordination. The position supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate (S&T) in maintaining compliance with export control regulations (ITAR EAR OFAC).
*Contingent on contract award*
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of DHS export compliance programs
- Serve as the single point of contact with DHS Contracting Officer and COR.
- Oversee all task order execution and personnel performance.
- Serve as liaison to DHS COR and Program Managers.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Manage staffing levels and lead transitionin/out planning
Qualifications
- US Citizen.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain
- 10 years of relevant program/project management experience.
- Strong background in federal contracts and DHS operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Masters degree
