Job Description
This position is for day shift (Monday Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and adjustment of the offline auxiliary bindery/finishing equipment and web presses
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance such as cleaning oiling replacement of worn parts adjusting belt tension knife grinding etc.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and submit orders for part as needed to ensure continuous operation of equipment
Qualifications :
- Excellent knowledge of small/light equipment and machines and the mechanical operation of equipment
- Requires knowledge of mechanical and electrical functioning of machinery serviced and ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and identify worn out parts
- Able to troubleshoot issues with equipment issues that are not readily apparent or where manufacturer supplied manuals are not available
- Ability to understand electrical and mechanical schematics
- Ability to interpret instruction manuals
- Very good knowledge of the tools and test equipment used in the diagnosis and repair of equipment serviced

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.89 to $30.27 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and location. In addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential callin and standby pay.
