Job Description
The IT Restaurant Support Representative works closely with the Restaurant Support Team to ensure all technical and deployed IT solutions are working to Raising Canes approved specifications. This role addresses all technical problems escalating as necessary to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all restaurant field and restaurant support office crewmembers
- Resolve technology issues using multiple communication methods
- Document track and monitor all technical issues to ensure timely resolutions
Qualifications :
- Associates degree trade certification or high school diploma with equivalent experience
- Proficiency in a variety of technology systems with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
- Experience in basic PC and network troubleshooting and PC installation and configuration
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed including nontypical business hours
- Detailoriented organized and flexible for timely multitask management
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in restaurant operations
- Experience with Aloha POS kitchen display systems and headset systems
