Job Description

Im Staffan kesson CTO and Head of Infra and Im searching for a new colleague to join my team. Do you want to be my next copilot

As Jakob Edmark is moving to his next role within Telia Infra I am now looking for the next Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management for Infra in Sweden. Infra is responsible for Telias networks and digital infrastructure in Sweden including mobile and fixed networks data centers and associated services platforms providing core connectivity services to consumers enterprises and other operators and services providers in Sweden. Further Infra is responsible for the wholesale business and well as the business with mission critical customers.

In the role as Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management you will lead a relatively small but highly impactful and skilled team to ensure both short and long term development and value creation of our networks and digital infrastructure portfolio.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Development of Infras strategy in collaboration with leadership team and units
  • Strategy to execution for Infra through operational planning and target setting
  • Investment planning in line with the strategy and financial plan for short and long term perspectives
  • Key strategic initiatives and priorities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Climate and Circularity area for Infra in line with groupwide ambitions and targets
  • Assurance and certification of quality environmental and information security management across Telia Sweden

To succeed in this role you need broad experience from the telecoms industry with understanding from the technology domains in mobile and fixed networks combined with a strong business acumen. It is an advantage if you also have experience from the specifics in the Swedish telecoms market including legal and regulatory considerations. As an individual you have a strong strategic mindset and analytical capabilities and you are motivated by our contribution to Telias customers and business as well as Telias overall impact in society.
