Job Description

Shopping at Rituals isnt just about buying products its about stepping into a world of wellbeing. A moment to pause indulge the senses and discover beautiful rituals that uplift everyday life. As a Visual Merchandise Field Coordinator you are the storyteller of that experience. You shape the atmosphere set the mood and bring our brands philosophy to life through inspiring visual presentations in our premium stores across The Netherlands.

As a Visual Merchandise Field Coordinator youre the essential link between our brand stores and head office teams. Most of your time is spent in our premium stores across The Netherlands turning visual merchandising guidelines into immersive inspiring experiences. No two days are the same but you can expect to be handson creative and always dynamic.

 

For 3640 hours per week you will:

  • Implement and maintain inspiring product presentations in Rituals premium stores.
  • Execute stunning window displays merchandising layouts and event setups for campaigns and limited collections.
  • Build guide and inspire store teams to elevate their visual merchandising expertise.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of ambiance lighting store layouts and planogram compliance.

This role involves weekly travel to stores across The Netherlands (4 days instore 1 day working from home). With Rituals fastpaced growth opportunities for international travel will arise so flexibility and a sense of adventure are essential.


Qualifications :

Within our Visual Merchandise department youll collaborate with around 20 passionate and experienced colleagues. Like you they have an eye for detail a deep love of styling and a creative solutionoriented approach.

On top of this you have:

  • Retail industry experience with a strong understanding of visual merchandising.
  • Education in Fashion Interior Styling Design or a related field (a plus but not essential).
  • A strong connection with the Rituals brand and an excellent grasp of instore customer experience.
  • Sound knowledge of colour styling and visual presentation principles.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
  • A creative and innovative mindset paired with a strong commercial sense.
