Role description:
As an H&S Consultant for Compliance Audits you will join the Sustainable Operations team at Arcadis Italy and will have the opportunity to consolidate and deepen your knowledge in international projects and structure.
You have previous industry experience and knowledge in domestic and international project development excellent attention to detail and goal orientation as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues clients and project teams.
Role accountabilities:
- H&S Compliance audits aimed at assessing H&S compliance against local legislation internal clients and European standards.
- Identification of potential H&S costs and definition of corrective actions to meet legislative requirements and associated costs also in the frame of preacquisition merge and divestiture projects of commercial and industrial sites.
- Development and implementation of H&S integrated management systems.
- Development and implementation of legal tracking systems H&S training.
- H&S Due Diligences
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Environmental legislation for Due Diligence and Compliance Audits.
- Preferred: Knowledge and Risk Assessment of Organizational Management systems according to Lgs.D. 231/2001.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Around 5 years of experience in H&S Compliance Audits H&S Due Diligences and related consultancy services.
- Studies: Degree in Engineering Geology or Environmental Sciences.
- An excellent level of English (B2/C1).
- Knowledge of current Italian legislation framework regarding H&S requirements.
- Development implementation and auditing of Quality (ISO 9001) Environment (ISO 14001) and Safety (ISO 45001) Management Systems.
- Excellent abilities of analysis and synthesis.
- Excellent relationship skills and teamwork attitude.
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
