Site Overview:
Our Multimodal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers combined with our worldclass local facilities and global reach continue to shape Indias aerospace ecosystem
Roles and Responsibilities:
Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly. Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance knowing GE RR Boeing requirements will be an added advantage.
Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting insulations inserts links clips assemblies.
Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for assembly process establishment.
Ability to analyse defects identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAPA.
Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in aviation industry.
Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications.
Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site.
Responsible for FAI prove outs and creating new assembly procedures/MOSs for the same.
Ideal Candidate:
Expertise into Riveting Assembly for Tubes & Ducts
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum of 23 years
Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Aviation Tubes and Ducts Fabrication Industry.
