Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective learnercentric solutions.
Facilitate sessions (virtual and inperson) for associated and new hires (as need be) on a variety of topics including tools processes soft skills or product knowledge
Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines accessibility standards and instructional design best practices.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines ensuring timely delivery of highquality content.
Support the creation of microlearning onboarding programs and performance support tools
Design & develop engaging learning materials including eLearning modules infographics presentations videos and job aids using tools like Adobe Suite Photoshop Camatasia Articulate and other relevant software.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Communications Graphic Design or related field.
- 5 years of experience in learning delivery learning design instructional design or a related role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong grasp of learning theory (ADDIE Blooms Taxonomy adult learning principles).
- Excellent visual design and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (Articulate 360 Captivate etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
