The role we are offering you:

By joining our Pelesys Sales Team you will have the opportunity to be part of CAEs growing Aviation Digital Solutions team as a Sales Manager bringing innovative solutions to airlines and operators across the world.

Are you ready to:

  • Meet and strive to exceed assigned sales quota through direct sale of all Pelesys software products and services.
  • Grow and manage assigned territory efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify build develop and maintain customer and stakeholders relationships.
  • Collaborate with other CAE internal sales teams to build target list of accounts for our business.
  • Provide accurate pipeline management and reporting and execute tactical sales plans.
  • Call on prospective customers and provide technical product information and demonstrations.
  • Attend conferences and organize regional sales events to promote Pelesys products and services and generate leads and sales.
  • Thoroughly learn and maintain current knowledge of CAE Pelesys portfolio of products services and competitors landscape.
  • Help establish and then comply with sales policies pricing guidelines and best practices for CAE Pelesys service offering.
  • Become proficient in Training Management System services industry in the pursuit of individual and corporate goals.
  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity and respect for coworkers customers and prospects.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Completed College Diploma or Bachelors degree in related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software sales preferably within the airline industry.
  • Ability to conduct professional commercial and technical presentations to the highest standards to our customers.
  • Ability to successfully negotiate all aspects of a proposal through to contract award and to manage multiple sales opportunities of varying complexity
  • Excellent communication skills verbal written and presentational.
  • Exposure to working within a global Multinational company is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently.
  • Required to travel : 30% for assigned region.
