IFES supports and connects students living out the gospel as witnesses in the university in more than 180 countries worldwide. Would you join us
To assist in this work we are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join the provide administrative support in the HR team so that together we can ensure an effective and efficient HR department. In this role you will be engaged in a range of administrative tasks related to HR processes; HR database; HR records; travel insurance; and Health & Safety. Your support will be invaluable to the smooth running of the organisation helping us to serve our staff and national movements all over the world.
Salary: per annum
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Location: Oxford Hybrid (60% office based)
Benefits: Flexible and hybrid working options; 10% employer pension contribution; Life Insurance; generous Annual Leave allowance

The successful candidate will have a gift for administration excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills. Were searching for someone with a positive experience of working in a team as well as the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
