We are looking to appoint an ECT for September 2025.
Roman Road is currently a twoform entry primary school. We have a strong school community with supportive parents and governors fantastically behaved and motivated children and a caring committed and professional staff.
We have a wellresourced school with excellent resources both indoor and outdoor; we like to think of it as our piece of the countryside in the middle of the city.
Roman Road is a high achieving friendly school that is proud of the support it offers teachers new to Roman Road to be successful.
For ECTs this means dedicated mentor regular ECT time as well as regular training and support.
If you have
- A strong commitment to childrens learning and progress
- Are reflective and enthusiastic about your own professional development and growth as a teacher
- Are a team player in being open to receive as well as give support when required
- Would like to work in a friendly modern supportive environment
- GCSE Grade A* C in English and Mathematics (GCSE Grade 9 4 2017)
